3. Turn Visibility Into Value - Use the data from your assessment to build recommendations: which tools to formalize, where workflows can be automated, and what adoption metrics matter most. That’s how MSPs move from “managing IT” to managing outcomes.
   
   Many MSPs package AIRO as a billable engagement - a readiness assessment, quarterly AI review, or strategic advisory service. It’s fast to deliver, immediately valuable, and a perfect bridge into ongoing Managed AI programs.
